Terrific Technology

Our Inquiry focus this term has been all about technology. We've been learning about the process of designing sonmething. Last week, we finished out designs for our cardboard arcade games. Have a look at some of the designs we came up with!

We hope to begin to making these in class this Friday. As we will be working with scissors, stanley knives, and copious amounts of sellotape, we would very much appreciate any parents or grandparents who would like to help out. If you think you would like to help, please get in touch. At this stage our lessons are planned for the following time: Friday 11th, Monday 14th, and Tuesday 15th from 9am - 11am.

Calendar Art

Room 16 have worked hard to produce some wonderful calendar art. Make sure you come to Room 16 and take a look, as they will be up on display for the next few weeks.

Positive Behaviour for Learning

This week we focused on making good choices for us and for others. As you can see from our brainstorm, we had so many fantastic ideas of how this would look in our classroom and the school. We all worked hard at making sure we showed this focus, and Room 16 were veritable PB4L superstars!

Meet the Teacher

Thanks so much to everyone who came along to this week's Parent-Teacher conferences. It was great to be able to discuss and share your children's learning with you. If you missed out, don't panic! Feel free to email Mr Woodfield to make a time to catch up.
