Autumn Poetry

The first line is one word, and also the title. The second line is two describing words, while the third line is three -ing words. The fourth line is a four word emotive phrase, and the last line is one word, a synonym for the first line.

We started by writing a cinquain together as a class and even managed to get a pretty fantastic simile in there! The children then brainstormed, drafted, edited and published their poems and added some fantastic autumnal illustrations.
